About the Role:

We’re seeking a fully licensed therapist (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or LPC) to provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy in our Minnetonka/Hopkins office or via telehealth. Our ideal candidate is motivated to see at least 20 clients per week, enjoys autonomy in their clinical work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, giving you full control over your schedule, caseload, and income potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (in-person or via telehealth)
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per Minnesota state regulations
• Participate in weekly case consultation meetings for ongoing support

Manage online client scheduling and maintain clear clinical documentation

Qualifications:

✔ Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
✔ Licensed in Minnesota as an LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
✔ Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required
✔ Strong clinical skills & ability to work independently
✔ Passion for holistic, evidence-based mental health treatment

Earning Potential & Growth:

Competitive Pay:

• Up to $105 per individual client session
• Potential earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+ per year based on caseload
