Mindfully Healing is hosting a new Divorce Support Group, below are the details:

OVERVIEW:

Support Group addressing the crises of relationship dissolution. This group provides support and resources for men and women facing issues related to divorce. The aim is to help participants through their transition and into their next phase of life.

WHEN:

Starting Monday, November 16th, 2020 @ 9 am. Continuing weekly on Mondays from 9 am to 10 am.

FACILITATOR:

Mitchell Olson, MA LPCC – Board Licensed Counselor

SKILLS:

Activities will include lessons focused on learning/practicing skills to communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships and increase self-confidence

DETAILS:

If you have been divorced or considering divorce, especially if you have children, it can cause tremendous anxiety, grief and depression. It may affect you psychologically, socially, economically, and in many other ways. This group specifically targets men and women who are in the process of divorce and looking to rebuild with support from others. Divorce affects us physically, financially and spiritually, and is even worse if you feel alone. This group provides an outlet to share your experiences, gain support, and acquire tools to begin your new life path. This is a confidential clinical support group facilitated by a licensed therapist. Each member is required to sign a confidentiality agreement and attend the group on time.
